Is this a Scam?

I was contacted by the people at [keywordsinc.com...] they were trying to sell me Natural Language Navigation technology on msn 8 Browser. Their business model, prices, and pitch were identical to the igetnet company that I read so much about scamming sites for bogus keywords that they paid big dollars for and got nothing. They say they have an Exclusive contract with MSN but will not provide a contact person at MSN to confirm this. Has anyone dealt with these guys?

I haven't dealt with them, but I think the system is run on one of those browser plug-ins that drive people completely insane. You'll only get traffic from them from searchers that have their plug-in.
