What do you experts say?
Pasting title as h1 is bad? ... does it helps to be concise or is spammy to google?

What about description meta tag? should it be different to body text in page? I have a small text describing site's content... should I use it as meta tag description? Or should I change it?

Do you mean matching your title with your H1 on the page word-for-word? If so, I've read that there is a little more credit given by Google if they are identical.

The W3C was recently offering a "tip" on their validator page that urged you to mirror the Title in an H1 tag. As long as it makes sense for visitors, that's what I do. But depending on what you have in the title, a short edit can make sense. For instance, I might include the business or domain name in the Title, but I would almost never do that in an H1.

Now about the description meta tag, taking page copy verbatim is often not the best (although it doesn't really hurt) because page copy often has extra "fluff" in the language -- and you want a description to be concentrated information about the page, expecially the first 100 characters or so.

If you're autogenerating the page, then grabbing content may be easier, but tailoring the meta tag a bit can give better results. After all, when it is used, it stands as an invitation to click on your site - that's a bit different than page copy.
