Organizing and Keeping track of keywords

Hey,

Ever since I've expanded my ppc reach to numerous engines I have found that I have tons of files with keyword lists and it's becoming quite a hassle to keep things in order.

What do you guys use to keep this under control? A simple spreadsheet? lots of different folders?

May seem like a silly question but I do have tons of keywords! I'm not the only one am I?

I just use a stack of spreadsheets, one for each site. But it does get complicated.
