A classic. But I dont see it as a "feable excuse". Geographic or regional elements are good in proximity of a targeted keyword. They are common elements that visitors use to refine a query.

Sorry - agreed. I really meant "just another excuse", since his page is basically just our keywords repeated several hundred times anyway :(

Can't comment about the rest of the page, but it seems like a solid strategy to me. For geographically targeted businesses, I regularly use the address block.

I'd agree were it not that
a) given what these keywords are it makes a stupid name for a "House"
and
b) being familiar with UK postal addresses it does not actually give enough information for a postman to find it. Regardless of the fact that there is no postcode given.
