How to find most popular (most used) keywords

While Overture's tool is great, I was wondering if there is any tool that can provide actual usage statistics for various keywords - eg: how many times "widgets" was used etc.

Just don't believe that this data is that solid. I continually come across huge discrepencies between Overture and WordTracker. Technically WT should be higher than Overture because they are estimating world search volume while Overture only measures their network, but I still see massive differences all the time.

Also, be warned that OT does not discriminate between singular and plural in most cases. This is key, you don't want to target widgets only to find out that everyone searches for a widget.
