This forum has a ton of threads that will give you ideas. A couple hours reading old posts would be a good investment. Off the top of my head...

site logs
wordtracker
overture suggestion tool
reviewing other related sites: check their meta tags and their page content for phrases
scour discussion boards for commonly used phrases
mine emails for commonly used phrases
