Just a quick question,

One of my sites has about 30 pages - Ive used the same TITLE on all 30 pages, which consist of my 3 main keywords, is OK to do this, or should i use a different titles for each different page

Each and every page presents a new and unique chance to acheive rankings in the engines.

You wouldn't put the same exact page copy on each page would you? :) No, you want variety! View the meta tags and title tags on each page the same way you view the page copy. Tailor them to the content of that page.

Remember that the title tag is one of the MOST important tags in SEO for a site. Take advantage of it. Optimize each page of your site for 2-3 keyword phrases, and then optimize the title tag (and the metas, headline tags, body copy, etc...) around those phrases.

thejenn is absolutely right, and you should also think about your conversion and click thru rates. These numbers will increase with focused and targeted title tags.
