the same keywords in url per page

I have done one domain with the following keyword model. Index page link to all subsites and i am no sure if i can use for all of this sites the same keywords as it it is the index.html. anyway to do difrent keywords for each of this sites take to much work, specially when every site is almost the same, except different picture. Will be this considered as spam or not?

I wouldn't worry (or bother with ) your meta keywords. I'd be concerned about duplicate content issues. If all the sites are the same, and you are also cross linking them, you are heading down a dangerous road.

i do not crosslink them i have an hierarchy linking, each subsite link back to the index.html...and the subsites are not for one hundred percent same, but only images differs. So better to have diffrent keywords in all of this subsites?
