I tried to search for this here, but could not find anything what I am looking for.

Because, I think (which is one of the problems) I am in a niche market, it is hard to find my competitors.

I would like to find a tool where I can put in my keywords/phrases and recieve a list of domain names accross multiple SEs and show the ranking of those sites within those engines.

The closest I've come to this... and it's a solution that falls short of what you want... is to use some of the better meta-search engines. Ixquick shows position on a range of engines for sites in the top ten (but not lower). MetaEureka shows competing sites and engines, but doesn't indicated position.

Tapolyai,

you could try using Copernic [copernic.com].

This is a search aggregator that combines results from a range of engines based on the keywords you enter. It will give you a list of sites returned on your keywords and the Engines that retrieved those results, but will not give you the position of each site returned. Still, it would be a good start to figure out your competition.

They have a free version with a limited number of engines, and then two paid versions with more engines and functions. I use it all the time and thus recommend it.

Disclaimer - Unfortunately, I am not part of the company and so have no vested interest in this recommendation. <sigh>

Thank you for the feedbacks.

The meta searches would just take super long to "copy" it into a historical database.

And Copernic combines the results. i.e. it shows a single result for all search findings.

I am looking for a "position agent" without a domain name.

Punch in "banana nut cake" and get the top 10 sites on each site, then take from each site those positions and track those positions.
So I am interested on tracking the position closer then the actual site that is in there (yes ultimately I am interested in the sites).
