Meta Tag Generator - Online

Can't find the meta tag generator I was looking for :)

Hi,

I came across an awesome meta tag generator a few weeks ago at a web address like www.web*****(something).com and it made really good tags. (I just can't recall the damn url that it was at).

I want to know if anyone can advise of extremely good online (or downloadable) generators?

Because of the fact I do a lot of cloaking I really don't need it.... but clients LOVE the look of the tags a lot of times :)
