Are there any programs that will scramble my keyword list?

I have a long list of keywords--600--and would like to find a program that will take 20 or 30 of them at random. I want to repeat this at least 100 times and don't want to do it manually. I don't know anything about databases.

Your list, is it in a text file, comma separated or one kw per line?
And, how would you like the output? Same kind of format as the input file?

I have it comma separated and one keyword per line, both. I want the result to be text like this paragraph appears, still separated by commas.
