How to cluster the search terms used to find us

Hi all,

we are using GA and Public Service search to build a large list of the search terms that people use to find us as well as site search terms.

I'd like to cluster the search terms into "related" groups - is there any software that people know about that would do this with a fair degree of accuracy?

I have a similar problem. I have 50,000 keywords which I need to group into categories. Anyone have anything that can do that?
