As a beginner I am looking for a keyword research
software to find my niche market. What is the best one now?

Here are ones that you can check out (no URLs given due to ToS). Do searches to find the Yahoo Keyword Selector Tool, Google AdWords, Keyword Tool, Google KeywordSandbox, WordTracker, KeywordMax, and KeywordIntelligence.

Best advice I have for you is never make the mistake of just using one service and never rely on just free services either.
