Alt-tag and Jagger

I have logos and products on my site and am looking at optimizing certain keywords. With the new Jagger update, does Google see this as keyword stuffing if I take my visa/mc logos, product images and add keyword/phrases to them?

Hi, pepperfield and welcome to WebmasterWorld. Google gives very little if no weight to the alt tag in it's algorithm. However, using descriptive alt text for your images makes for good web design and usabilty.
