I run a website for Anytown, USA. Naturally, my pages, especially my home page, has a lot of recurring keywords (i.e. Anytown Restaurants, Anytown Weather, etc.), not to mention that local press releases that are forwarded to me that are posted on the front page inevitably have "Anytown" in them.

Should I try to pull back on the amount of times Anytown is included? Instead of saying:

Anytown Schools
Anytown Restaurants
Anytown Hotels
Anytown Furniture

Should I list it as:

Anytown Local Resources
-----------------------
Schools
Restaurants
Hotels
Furniture

My current keyword density for the word Anytown on my home page is about 16.5% but can fluctuate due to changing press releases.

Thanks in advance,

I would be more concerned about usability than the actual % of keyword density. Does it make sense to the user to use the "anytown" as mucj as you are? Some sites naturally will have higher density.
