Note how they use the folder name to put keywords with commas and spaces, since they use it in img folders they have the page full of keywords
<SCRIPT language=JavaScript
src="blue widgets, red widgets, green_widgets/guide_bis.js" type=text/JavaScript></SCRIPT>
What do you think about it?
Is that useful?
Ethical?

That is also my understanding, that script tags are ignored by the likes of Google and Yahoo.
One site I know had a normal JS file included (no keywords, just a normal file using src="file.js") in their pages. The JS file was not linked from anywhere. The JS file started showing a PR of 6 (through robots.txt we had to disallow the JS file).
Someone on WW commented that Mozilla Gbot can understand JS.
