Effect of affiliate ads on Keyword density

I am developing a new site, and am using affiliate ads.
I just analyzed my KW density and noticed that the ad text is having an impact on my KW density.

Is there a way to avoid this? I am guessing no.

Do google ads have the same effect on KW density?

Yep, you can use javascript [webmasterworld.com], or rewrite your copy.
