UK search words and search phrases

Just had a try at the Overture tool for UK search phrases, and even if you key in plurals, it still only gives the singular versions in the results? It makes it more difficult when calculating search phrases - doesn't it?

Has anyone here come across a helpful tool for what UK users would input for search words and search phrases?

Am I missing out on something here? I thought the Overture KW suggestion tool has been broken for months? I certainly haven't been able to access it for some time now - this is the url I am using.

Oh no! I have had a Gateway Error for months and I thought it was broken. Both on my work and home PC.

Can everybody else connect and is the url correct?

Thanks

Hi Dexie

Just wanted to confirm that I found the same after a long time thinking that Overture gave the real results - they only show singular. Wordtracker should be able to give a more exact result, though I'm not sure if they specify by country. However if you are wondering whether people put widget or widgets its probably a similar tendancy in the US as in the UK.

On a further note I find the results for the singular phrase tend to go chaotic more than those for the plural phrase - ie they change more, and change more radically - just strange.
