Hi...I sell a product that doesn't have a commercial name to it so I don't really know what keywords my customers would be most incline to searching.

The best bet would be to get a tool that shows what keywords my competitors are optimizing for. That is one way. I have tried #*$!, adwords keyword tools and etc but am still stuck in getting a whole lot more keywords.

Anybody have any suggestions to how to go about it>?

You could check your competitors' meta-tags.

Also there are a few keyword tools that might help.
Overture and Google have one. A lot of people use Wordtracker tool.
