Gathering keywords off site

Does anyone know of any tool that can spider a site and pull the most popluar terms used on the site?

You can start with Brett's Keyword Density Analyzer [searchengineworld.com] at Search Engine World.

He has a few other handy dandy tools on SEW, be sure to check them out.

Quigo does this as well, but also does a lot of the work in getting a bulk spreadsheet ready for submission to the SE's with the keywords it generates. From what I hear, it can de-dupe against an existing list as well.

Not sure how they deliver their service though, but don't imagine it's fully self-serve software.
