Meta refreshing of description & keywords

Could someone please tell me how often this needs to take place to get a good general placement, also can you purchase software to do this electronically. Presently I am using Web Position Gold for submitting purposes. Thanks

Well I would suggest that you get listed first and check your listing.... If high leave content and meta tags alone.. (Remeber these days meta tags are not the only thing that the spiders look at)

If youy listing is low look at what you have done and trying changing a few things and wait for it to be spidered again. Keep doing it until you you have a good listing.
