SEs are only listing my index page - why?!

I've got a new site (about 6 weeksn old)

I'm finally getting spidered by the search engines - but they are only listing my index page.

Why?

My index page has the least information.

My site has links in a javascript drop down menu and also plain text links in a SSI file.

But why aren't any of the other pages being listed?

Someone else must have had this problem - what am I doing wrong? How can I get all my pages listed? Or at least mor than the index!
