I was wondering if my site <snip> will face any problems if I run them on autosurf programmes.I want to promote my site in autosurf websites but I fear that my search rankings may be affected...Plz help

I'm afraid you will find Autosurf will give you a very, very low quality of traffic. Keep away from such programs. Hang around here and read up in the Library about how to attract good traffic.

Okay - maybe someone can explain how autosurf programs do not derive their money from fraud.
