Lot's of MFA's link to me

Should I care?

Doing a google search on my website, I noticed that hundreds of times over and over, MFA after MFA site has linked to me. Should I be concerned? Wouldn't these links help add traffic to my site? Help fill me in please.

Can you click on their links and actually get to your site? I've found that most of the MFA's that link to me have redirected things so that they frame my site, or take you somewhere entirely different.

I don't know that they ever send me any kind of traffic that is of any value.

Yes, I can click on all of the links. I'm not sure it brings me much traffic, but it must bring me some. What do you think?

My experience to date has been that these either help or don't matter much. If anything, I've made quite a bit of extra money off 'em.
