ISP changing IP addresses

My ISP will be changing the IP addresses for our domain server. Will this cause me to lose all my existing search engine rankings?

Or are the rankings based on the domain name, not the IP of the server?

Ranking is based on PR, not IP address. You should be fine if they do their job competently. I've had clients go through IP changes and never saw any trouble.
