I have a website that pretty much follows the format of a blog and I write a few articles every now and then for it. I currently do not have a mechanism for users to leave comments about any of the articles that I write. I do have a "contact us" form that users can use to send feedback to me. I receive a few bits of feedback a week from this form currently. My question is: Will displaying user comments at the bottom of the article help me or hurt me in terms of SEO? I would make the comment system completely moderated and give users the option to include a url to their own site when they post a comment.
What are your opinions?
