I am building an article directory, should I get each page with keywords relevant to the article?

for example if the article is about Ebay should I have the keywords in the meta tag like: ebay, online auction ....

another article is about dog training the keywords should be: dog traning, train your dog...

or it is better to have the same keywords trough all the site pages?

I am also going to include adsense so I think it is better to have the right keywords for each page right?

The keywords should be taken from the page content. So, yes, they should be different for each page. So should the page title and description.
