I have a web site with 2 PR with Good content, but since Jan 05 there has not been much traffic on this web site, I have tried and replace all duplicate content in all 50 pages but still no sign of any spider on my web site, Any suggestion or tip on it Please. Wants regular traffic.

I have been working on this site from last 2 years, so i wish to carry it on, last 1 year was good with good traffic.

Thanks

A couple of new on-target links may get the robots interested again.

jink, arran's suggestion is very good.

You mention, "I have tried and replace all duplicate content". Do you have definite reason to think you had problems because of duplicate content? I ask this because you say you have no visits from googlebot, but you still have a PR2. If you had been penalised, you wouldn't have any PR. I assume that your site shows on a search of www.example.com.

So, your site might just need some new, good links from other sites. If you regularly add lots of textual content on new pages, and tweak old pages, that will also help. Getting in the ODP and Y directories, if you're not listed now, would be good. It also couldn't hurt to take another long look at your site for techniques that could be considered spammy by SE's. Anyway you look at it, a PR2 is a bit grim - there's a lot of room for improvement.
