The best way to get your site indexed is via links from other sites. A great place to start with this is by submitting your site to DMOZ.

I don't think that anyone actually submits to search engines anymore, but Google is known to use the DMOZ as a sort of starting point for crawling and indexing pages.

Take a couple of hours to read through the wealth of information in this forum and also take a look at the link development forum.

Good luck with your new site!

Get some links on pages that are spidered daily.

Hi block

Submit to good directories, they will automatically be spidered by search engines. You can list number of directories and can choose the best category suits you.

Thanks
