Text size and being penalized? How small can I list my links?

Can I list them at 10px or 11px? Is this too small?

I was hoping you could answer a few questions for me.

Well i was going to list my links size at 10px or 11px.

YA, it OK to link at 10-11px.
You can go till 10px without any trouble.
