Should you link all related subtopics articles together?

Hi guys:)

Concerning themes and linking...

I was wondering, i know that you are supposed to link up your *main topic* page with the rest of it's *sub topics* pages, but i have seen one site that does link some of it's articles together, and they have all the rest of their articles only in their sitemap.

You should link all the articles to their subtopics articles coz it is good for user to easily access all the articles.
It is even good from optimization point of view coz then the crawler can find the links there and then and can crawl.
