Using keywords in files? Will it look like spam? File and Link same?

Both the files and links are the same keywords. Change?

Hey guys:)

If i have my navigation set up with the files containing the same keywords with dashes will it look like i'm trying to spam?

I have links like this:

<li>
<a href="red-widget.html">Red Widget</a>
</li>
<li>
<a href="blue-widget.html">Blue Widget>/a>
</li>
<li>
<a href="online-blue-widget.html>Online Blue Widget<a/>
</li>
<li><a href="free-online-red-widget.html">Free Online red widget</a>
</li>

Will this cause penalties?
I've seen sites do this, but i'm a newbie so just want to
make sure it'll be ok so i don't get penalized by overoptimizing my site.

Well, thanks for your help guys:)
I appreciate it:)

As always, all advice is welcome:)

Thanks again guys:)

First, slow down on the smiley faces.
Second, optimizing links is ok. As with everything just don't over do it. For example make sure there are some links that do not contain the word widgets.

Thanks goodroi:)

Do you mean not placing the word "widget" in the file name?

Thanks for your help.
