Can I focus on 2 kind of users on my site?

SEO and Direct Users

As of now i get 10-15 % of my site traffic by SEO. I am guessing it will inc to 25% in next 10 months.

I want to change the focus of my site.
1) SEO
2) For direct users

I want to have different landing page for users coming directly to my site and different for SEO. But I want to do that without offending the searchengines.
Can I do that if I block the direct users interface?

The only problem is that which links i should connect from index page.

What are yours suggestion? Has anyone else has done this thing, any ideas or thoughts will be appreciated
