Creating a resource page and it's separate catagories. Optimizing.

Should the catagory for the kw be seo? Need help.

Regarding creating a resource page and it's separate
catagory links pages.

Ex.

>resource page>>
>click on catagory "widgets"
>>"widgets" page.

**optimize "widgets" pages.**(use <h1>,<b>,<i> for the specific keyword for this page.)

Q.1. Should each catagory links page be optimized for it's specific catagory keyword?

For example:

webpage catagory is "widgets"

Optimize for the keyword "widgets"(place in all areas of page. <h1>,<b></b> etc.)

Ex.

<title>widgets resources</title>

<h1>widgets</h1>

List of links about "widgets"
with text for dedscriptions.

Correct? Or should i not optimize each links page on widgets?

Should i do this for all catagories?
