Hi, I’m running a gift website with over 100 products. What are the best ways to promote my products pages individually in order to get good rank?

Really, if the keywords you are targeting are popular there is only one way to get a ranking anymore and that's with backlinks. Have all of your web pages link to at least one other related web page on your web site. I would put your main keywords in the file name. Also the main keyword should be in the title tag. Promoting internal pages is no different then promoting the home page in the search engines.
