How to transfer a domain to another without ranking loss?

Now I have a big problem to look for help from you, please.
My site: www.domain-1.com now has very good ranking(#1) of its all key words and

phrases, but for some must-do reason, i have to change my domain to www.domain-

2.com.

What should I do to complete this change and my ranking on www.domain-2.com can

keep the same performance as www.domain-1.com? and the www.domain-1.com can be

banned forever after domain-2 works well, that is OK.

Can I transfer all my domain-1 content to the new site domain-2? Then, there are

two sites with the same content but only different domain names, i think this maybe

penalized by Google, but how should I do? I don't wanna lose my ranking after all.

You can use a 301 permanant redirect to transfer links and PR from one site to another, you cant really ever get rid of the old domain until all the links have gone from it otherwise the new site will lose the rankings.
