Hello all!
I have just done a link check on my site and I have found all the pages on my site have their creation/modification dates.

Would it benefit me to try to find out how I can stop them from showing?
As on my homepage it is constantly updating with new information,
But I don’t believe the new content will benefit me if google knows my page is not actually beeing manually modified.

Thank you all.
Cheers,
Steve.

Every page has its date modified which can be read by all search engines. Not updating a page and simply changing its date modified won’t have any effect on your ranking in the SERPs.

seemingly if google notices that your page changes a lot it will get spidered more often and updated in serps more often. (other factors like pr affect this too i think)
