I was wondering if you could answer some questions.
Well,
I have a webpage that has information from another website and they allow the informations use. The author/website states that you are *not* to change the content but you may use it on your site.
Q.1. How do stop the spidering from this page since it is too spammy for the keywords and the author does not allow people to change it.
*For example it is a page about "credit terms" and the "definitions".
*It is not intentional to spam but the term "credit" pops up alot on the page. I'd like to use this page for informational purposes.
Q.2. Does the meta information:
robots no index, no follow, work for this?
Q.3. Or maybe i should just change the <title></title> tag to something else?
Will that work?
Q.4. If it's a page on "credit terms" should i just name it in the <title> "terms" </title>
and will this stop the page from being seen as spammy?
Please help
Please answer each question:)
Thank you very much for your help:)

If not too-too many, you could look each one up, getting different opinions, and write your
own definitions. Having done this research, your definitions could well be better than the ones
from the site you refer to!
All of this assumes good english language skills. Maybe friends can help with that.
You could at least paraphrase the definitions into something unique to your site.
Now you are adding to the web instead of just copying from it. You can adjust keyword counts
easily to avoid the appearance of 'spamminess' while you are at it. -Larry
