Will I get tagged for duplicate content?

Im starting up an auto parts outfit and I have a few questions. There are quiet a few products that fit on multiple vehicles... for instance

product x might fit a 97,98,99 crown vic but also fit a 79 grand marquee and 00 mustang v6...

now if I use the same description but on different pages will I still be hit by the duplicate content filter?

Change Header, Footer, couple of words in Description and you should do OK. Not that you'll rise in results, but at least not fall.
