alt-tag improve SE?

Should I use all my alt tags for keywords?

I run a humor site, which is pretty new. I was wondring, does my position get better if I fill out the alt tags with keywords or is only necessary with one alt tag that says the keyword?

Using alt tags and putting your keywords in there will help your search engine ranking, but make sure you don't repeat it to much in the alt tags because the search engines could ban you.

If using alt tags to describe images (always a good idea) make sure
they are all different and directly relate to each image.
This gives you new keywords you might not have thought up otherwise. -Larry
