Hello,

I always thought I have the right amount of keywords, title tags, Meta Description and etc. However I recently check with one site that does free analysis and my site it seems has to much of everything and says it is not robot friendly.

can you help give me the right amount of keywords, title tags, Meta Description and etc. This services states...
- Title Tags should be 60 words. I have 100 words.
- Meta Description should have 150 words. I have 98.
- Meta Keywords should have 874. I have 489 but it seems I may be stuffing keywords. Here's their explaination...

...eg. gym bag, gym case, gym clothes, ... (to many time with the word gym)

Can someone confirm if I am over-stuffed or what I have is fine? I don't want to be penalized.

An excess of words in the tags doesn't penalize you.
As you seen,it makes only your page/s not "search engine friendly"that means not optimal to be well ranked.
If,for example 50 words are required in the title tag to be SE friendly and you have 80 of them,the SE spider will recognize only the first 50,you see?

It's only a ranking related SEO question.Doesn't hurt you.

I would like to check if the information provided by this site's service is correct? What is the word limit the SE reads?

50 *words* in the TITLE element? I don't know how much of that will be *read* by search engines, but Google only displays 65 *characters* - anything beyond that will be chopped off.
