My site already has a high PR of 6 and we are listed in the number 2 position under our key keyword in the Google search engine. Once your site has a high ranking and position with Google or MSN or Yahoo, how do you keep you site at that position? How do you keep your site from decreasing in position? I am looking for suggestions, new ideas, etc....

I would suggest to monitor it continously with a specific tool performing a weekly report;if you already have a high PR, theorically there isn't much to do;
Only remember that your ranking depends also on competitors:So keep an eye on them...

Increase your inbound links.

PR 6 is common, not very high. Keep building.

That is the very best it gets...and it is free.

Keep building links, keep adding themed content. Don't change your layout drastically.
