This website and my entire company! I am just starting and need some help getting off the ground. What things should I do to get my site in more search engines, and things such as this.

Welcome to Webmasterworld. You've come to the right place as there are many helpful and knowledgable memebers here to help guide you along.
The first thing you need to do to get your site in the search engines is to submit it to the major search engines. All of the engines which have specific forums on this board is a good place to start.
However, after reviewing the site in quesion, I think it might be wise to let your domain stand on it's on and not call up the page from a free site as you are doing now.
Content, content, content....That's wht helps get sites ranked along with inbound and outbound links from similar sites.
I would strongly suggest taking a little extra time and do some research at our sister site at [searchengineworld.com...] as well as using the search function here at webmastworld at the top of your screen. Key searches for you will be along the lines of "frames pages, themes, link popularity, title, heading tags".
The information you will find in these resources will go a long way in helping you understand how search engines work and how to get good rankings/listings to bring the traffic to your site.
The next stop after reading these various sources will be to ensure you have good unique content on your site. When you feel you have good unique content, submit to the main directories (ODP [dmoz.org], Yahoo, Looksmart, About.com) as these can bring traffic within as little as 2 weeks after submitting.
