Why im making this post is beacuse Ive never sold any of my work online. never really tryed But What im going to do is have a paid web design site.
It will also have free laytouts and all that.
IM trying to see if anyone would ever buy anything.
Its hard for me to think of anyone that would buy these since there so many big companies with the sites.
anyone have any advise for me

Prospects buy if you have unique product. If you just design yourself a site with "generic" web design sales copy, then most likely you will get either no, or very little sales. Unless you have a lot of traffic.

Concentrate on something small, but very valuable. Distinguish yourself from the rest of the competition.

Try out locally first, and then go bigger if you want/need. Don't try to target the World right away. It probably will not work.

I agree with Moltar about staying local to start. Why not offer a few local business owners a free website. In turn, have them place a small display rack on their counter filled with your cards or brochures. I would also use them as a referral and a testimonial source.
