I have multiple sub domains that some of my cobrand partners direct traffic to. Many of my subdomains are 95% similar to my main domain. Since these sub domains all have great PR, I'd like to put links on them to point to my main domain. Does anyone see a problem with this?

Or, does anyone have any tips on how I can better utilize/modify my sub domain setup so that I can increase both their rankings and my main domains?
cobrand-partner.mydomain.com
contains 95% similar content to
www.mydomain.com
both have great pr, but i'm afraid to link the sub to my main site. will take tips.
