I just noticed that I have a link on a “Link Site” ([snip]). I had never heard of them before and I have no idea how my information arrived in their possession. My concern is that the description associated with my link is not accurate.

I want to make certain that this does not cause me any issues with customers feeling mislead. Is there some method that I can use for tracking these types of links to my site?

If they have made false claims about you, and you believe it can cause you damage, then yes , I would act on it if you believe your vistors will offended, act on it

Start with a cease and desist, notify their hosting company, read up on DMCA.

If the site has a decent pagerank, enjoy it :)
