Where are the best message boards to find information about the SEMs & Website Advertising services? With whom have you had the best expierence and which is the best value? Who had the best ROI and gave quality traffic to your site(s)? Who would you recomend using and why? Who would advise to stay away from at all cost?

This is a tough question. You probably won't get any specifics about this issue as we don't promote / bash companies here.

Look for a company's track record. Check their current clients and ask for references. If they have large well known clients AND small clients that are both happy, they're doing something right. Look for results not promises. No one can guarantee or promise something they can't directly control.
