I have a ten page content site about widgets. All pages have dirrefent titles. But for the META DESCRIPTION, I have only the first sentance of the description unique for each page. Rest of the description comes from a SSI (include file) and same for all pages. Is this considered OK? Do SEs consider this as duplicate content?
Thanks

As the meta description should be a short snippet of information about the page, having multiple sentences is wasteful and almost certainly ineffective.

You'd be better-off just using the one unique sentence on each page, then dumping the rest.
