page linking question (in-site)

need help on good form

Hi,

I was searching around for this answer but can't seem to find it.

I am trying to figure out the best policy for linking all the pages in a site together. I reviewed site structure for a themed pyramid and wanted to know if this is best.

Basically:

index links to level 2 pages.
level 2 pages link to index and level 3 pages
level 3 pages link to level 2 and 4
etc.

I was thinking every page in the site should have a link back to the index page, is this correct?

This is correct, but a way that work's pretty well is that ALL pages link to the sitemap and the domain (http://yoursite.com) and the index.htm page links the sitemap.

That should help a bit more!
