Using include codes in a page

does that affect our Search Engine Ranking

In most of my sites i use includes on my pages since it is easier to maintain and if i will do a change i dont need to change all the pages.

What i am worried about is does that affect search engine rankings? For instance, all my headers, side menus and footers use include on the pages. By using this am i messing my ranings?

Any idea would be appreciated.

Include files in whatever language you may use are handleded on the server, not the browser. Spiders or bots do not see this transaction since it is the server which is sending the html code and the "Include" process has allready taken place.

It will not affect the SERP, IMO.
